TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE RECEIVING CARE FROM YOUR PHARMACIST

We are seeking people with an autoimmune disease (such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or psoriatic arthritis) to participate in a telephone interview.

If you:

• Are Canadian and over 18 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disorder by a healthcare provider for at least one year
• Have seen a pharmacist at least twice in the last year for your autoimmune disease medication

Financial compensation is $50 for a 45 minutes telephone interview.
